• Social Media: We may collect your social media handles, including Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube.
• Communications: We may retain messages you send us through the Website or via email.
• Third-Party Data: If you access the Service through a third-party connection (for example, a social login), that third party may share information about you with us that you have permitted them to share.

We use the Information in the following ways:

• To review and respond to talent and career applications;
• To communicate with you about your submission, including status updates and follow-ups;

If you are located outside that country, please note that we may transfer your Information to a jurisdiction that may not have the same data protection laws as yours, and by using the Service you consent to that transfer.

Keeping your Information safe: Atlas cares about the security of your Information and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve its integrity and security. We use physical, technical, and procedural safeguards to protect your Information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any credentials associated with your submissions. However, Atlas cannot warrant the security of any Information you transmit to us or guarantee that Information may not be accessed or altered.

Compromise of information: In the event that any Information under our control is compromised, Atlas will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.

Commercial and marketing communications: We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions, and special offers. You may opt out or change your preferences at any time. You may not opt out of Service-related emails (for example, application confirmations and security notices).

Online Advertising: We may permit third-party advertising networks to collect information about your use of the Website over time. Retention: Following termination or withdrawal of your submission, Atlas may retain your Information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

Although we do our best to honor privacy preferences, we are not able to respond to Do-Not-Track signals from your browser at this time. Because we do not use cookies to track you across sites over time, enabling "Do Not Track" will not affect our internal analytics.

Atlas does not knowingly collect or solicit any Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that Information as quickly as possible. Where applicable, Atlas will comply with those laws and the rights granted thereunder, which may include the right to (i) confirm processing, (ii) access and delete certain personal information, (iii) correct inaccuracies, and (iv) opt out of certain processing.

Your Information may be transferred to and processed in the country where our central databases operate or where our vendors maintain facilities. If you withdraw your consent or request that we delete your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we will delete your personal information used to provide the Services. As an exception, we will not delete personal information where we still have a legitimate interest to use it — for example, to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, or comply with legal requirements — in which case that information will be blocked from use for any other purpose. Residual copies may remain in backup systems for technical reasons.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service. When you use a link to leave the Service, this Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. Your interactions with any third-party site are subject to that site's own rules and policies.
